The classes are for women and birthing people only, but I know how important it is to involve your partner in birth, so I also offer hypnobirthing courses and workshops where they learn how best to support you

Good Enough Mama classes often have a supportive mix of people in their first and subsequent pregnancies and there is plenty of time to chat and connect with others

Holistic Birthing Classes

Feel calmer and more confident about your upcoming birth. 

  • My classes offer a holistic mix of pregnancy yoga, hypnobirth breathing techniques, antenatal education, and deep relaxation.
  • Each session includes a chance for you to share any questions or concerns that have cropped up in your pregnancy.
  • You will leave feeling rested and relaxed, as well as growing in confidence each week about your ability to birth your baby.
  • Make friends and share the experience of being pregnant 
  • Classes can be started from 14 weeks of pregnancy and are taught over a six-week term. You can do as many terms as you wish until baby is born.

This class is for women / birthing people only. I run hypnobirthing courses and workshops to include birth partners.

 

Class Details:

Tuesday evenings, 7.00-9.00 pm

Staplegrove Village Hall, Taunton,  TA2 6AL

Classes are held in a Covid safe space with all necessary precautions.

About me

I'm Ali (Good Enough Mama). I've been running active birth and hypnobirth antenatal classes and workshops for the past 7 years. I originally trained with The Daisy Foundation, and I now offer hypnobirthing programmes with The Little Birth Company.

As well as my passion for helping you to have a more positive birth experience, I am a qualified counsellor and mindfulness teacher.

This means I can be there to truly support every step of your journey through parenthood, from reducing fear and anxiety about birth, to helping you in the early days (potentially dealing with PND or birth trauma), and beyond, with all the joys and challenges that come with having a baby.
