However, what many of these reasons have in common is an underlying feeling that you have lost your way somehow.
Becoming a mum is so all encompassing and comes laden with a huge number of expectations (from society, your mother in law, your partner, but mainly from YOURSELF).
You are doing your best to meet everyone's needs but not feeling like you are doing ANYTHING very well.
And, just as importantly, you have lost sight of your own needs in the process and now feel utterly drained and depleted.
